Qtech Control
International Inspection Engineers, Cargo Surveyors and Technical Resources
A vital part of any food inspection is to check the production and best before / use by dates and batch numbers for product traceability. Our highly experienced food inspectors have experience at inspecting, sampling and temperature controlling food shipments in shipping containers and vessels worldwide. We work with clients at both loading and discharge of cargo.
We have vast experience at attending loading and/or discharge supervision of food items in shipping container and aboard vessel. We work to ensure that the goods shipped or discharged are despatched / received in full quantity and in condition fit for human consumption.
We represent many buyers during loading of various foodstuffs into shipping containers. The cargo is pre-surveyed and sampled to ensure that it meets the required quality and marking specification. The goods are then tallied during loading into the container before it is finally bolt sealed in our presence.
We are highly experienced inspectors of Meat, Seafood and Poultry (fresh and frozen). We represent buyers at factories by providing services such as sampling, testing, sizing, weighing control, fat to meat ratio, marking control, production / expiry data verification and loading supervision.
